Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

All items are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery, all items are securely wrapped, using high quality packaging, all items will be clearly labelled and posted.  To the address supplied at time of the order, should you require to have your order pronto we can arrange to have the item sent by Royal Mail Special delivery this shall have a higher value of postage that we shall advise to you.  If you would like your items to be gift wrapped we do have a service available at no extra cost, all we ask is that you inform us, of the gender, age or occasion so that we can use the most appropriate gift wrap. 

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Postage

At Ciao Bambini, our aim is to have all items that are ordered before 3pm to be despatched the same day. 

We aim to have all items despatched by Royal Mail recorded delivery, our cost of postage covers the cost of the postage and packaging.  

All items purchased can be gift wrapped at no extra charge to you, when you are completing your order please state if you would like your items to be gift wrapped or not. 

Birthday cards, can be purchased.  At a nominal price, we sell quality Hallmark birthday cards for £2 each, these can be added to your purchase. 

All payments are accepted through Paypal, we can accept direct bank transfer on request, or cheques, should you wish to pay with the these forms of payment please contact us.
